Christy has been with Dr. Grisius since 2015. She lives in Berryville, VA with her family, dog and cat. She has 10+ years’ experience as a dental assistant and 5+ years’ experience in orthodontics as a Clinical Records Technician. In her free time she enjoys watching her son play high school and travel baseball and a great beach vacation. She absolutely loves WVU Mountaineer’s football.
Cindy L.
Cindy joined Dr. Grisius in September 2016 and has 30+ years’ experience as an orthodontic assistant. She is married with 3 children and lives in Winchester, VA. She absolutely loves to travel and spend time with family and friends. She loves all Washington Sports.
Kristin H.
Kristin joined Dr. Grisius in 2019 and lives in Leesburg, VA. She loves orthodontics and has 20+ years’ experience as an orthodontic assistant. She is married with 2 children. In her free time she loves to travel and bake.
Madelyn P.
Madelyn, a former patient of Dr. Grisius, grew up in Purcellville and is a graduate from Loudoun Valley High School. She started working part-time in the afternoons at Grisius Orthodontics while she was a senior. She fell in love with the field of dentistry and has since completed her Radiation Safety course and is working full-time as a Clinical Assistant. Madelyn aspires to be a Dental Hygienist and is currently taking classes to fulfill her prerequisites to apply to Hygiene School.
Melicha H.
Melicha joined the staff of Grisius Orthodontics as Insurance/Financial Coordinator in February 2022. She lives in Ranson WV with her better half, Mike, their 4 children and 2 crazy canines. She has always worked in the healthcare field and recently transitioned to orthodontics. She spent several years providing care for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients, followed by 6 years in medical billing. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family. When she has a moment alone, you can find her curled up with a good book, learning a new skill or trekking peacefully in nature.
Lori M.
Lori grew up in Ohio, graduated from Ohio University and moved to Loudoun County, Virginia in 1992. Eight years later, she moved with her husband, Mike and 3 boys: Ryan, Kyle and Evan to Purcellville. Lori was a preschool teacher and met the Grisius family in 2008. In 2020, she officially joined the Grisius Orthodontic team. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and pets!
Coleen A.
Coleen joined Grisius Orthodontics as the Treatment Coordinator in the fall of 2023. She is a northern Virginia native, residing in western Loudoun County for the past 18 years with her 3 children. She has been in the orthodontic field for 5+ years and enjoys helping others. In her free time she can be found, caring for her animals, volunteering or spending time with her children.
Heidi B.
Heidi has been an employee at Grisius Orthodontics from its Purcellville inception in 2001 as the only office administrator. She mostly works part-time at the office now, and is often called upon as a “fill-in” when another employee is out on vacation.
